On 26.10.2012 e-comm Beteiligungen AG (e-comm) was founded in Zug.
Over CHF 12 Mio is the nominal shareholders capital.
e-comm is a private investment company with an office in Baar, Canton of Zug, Switzerland.

e-comm invests in listed companies and directly in private, future-oriented companies, whose market and growth potential exceeds the average.

Investments in public equity markets
e-comm Beteiligungen AG invests in undervalued companies. We invest in companies where we see value in the mid to long term where other investors are very negative because of negative short term news flows.
Investments concentration
e-comm Beteiligungen AG can invest up to 25% of its gross investments in a single company. Therefore, the performance may differ substantially from equity markets in which e-comm Beteiligungen AG is invested.
Investments with short term negative news flow

Companies become undervalued because the majority of investors are selling due to negative companies news, negative political or economic news, etc.
